Cask Days

Cask Days is a celebration of cask-conditioned beer, naturally carbonated, unfiltered and served straight from the cask. Once tapped, it has only a few days to be enjoyed in its prime. We call them Cask Days.

Join us October 16–18, 2026, at 282 Campbell Ave., the future home of Bottega Volo’s second location. The 20th edition will feature 100+ casks from breweries across Canada, natural wine, great food and music. It all began on the patio of Bar Volo in 2005.
